| Customers may not be able to use the valet key to turn the glove box lock cylinder to the 3 o'clock position (lock). The key may need to be worked back and forth a bit until the issue is gone. Work the key back and forth until the key turns to the 3 o'clock position. Do not over force the lock on the 1st attempt. Remove the key in the 3 o'clock position and check if the door is locked. If so unlock the door.
